Notes of Usages

  • Re-dry the electrodes at a temperature of 150°C – 200°C for 30 – 60 minutes before use.
  • Keep the arc length shorter to create sufficient protection for the weld pool to avoid porosity.
  • The width of the back-and-forth movement must be 2.5 times smaller than the diameter of the electrode to obtain adequate protection.
  • Use the recommended welding parameters to prevent the electrode from burning due to Joule heating.
  • No preheating is required for welding stainless steel, but the interlayer temperature must be maintained at 150°C.
