Notes of Usages

  • Dry the electrodes again at a temperature of 70°C – 100°C for 30 – 60 minutes before use.

  • Use the recommended welding parameters where X-ray inspection is emphasized in structural welding applications.

  • Keep the arc length as short as possible.

  • Use the back step method or light the arc on a small steel plate specially prepared for this purpose to prevent air pockets from forming when starting welding.

  • Use a windshield when there are strong winds.
